Accuracy in radiance
Accuracy in radiance is important because a large deviation can cause the coating and other materials not to cure, or to cure too quickly.
Nano waterproof coating
Nano coating increases the dirt and water-repellent properties. Slows down degradation and durable protection for the LED board.
Heat management
With large capacities it is necessary to keep the heat management optimal, LED engines need to be equipped with a heat sink or active cooling. Aluminium PCB is equipped with radiator.

Some applications require larger setups. We can design custom mounting solutions that fulfill the requirements of the application.
Real-time monitoring
The LED board is equipped with an embedded NTC, with which the heat management can be controlled and monitored using the MaNima Pollux Industry. This way the maximum efficiency of the LED board can be achieved.
